Well, let me tell you that it sounds like inflamation. Have you heard of the "Queen of fruits?" It's called Mangosteen. It is not grown here in the U.S., but you can definitely get it in a natural juice form. It works wonders!!

Alternate hot & cold compresses. It can be with a towel. Hot for 15 min then cold for 15. This should soften up the pain along with get the blood flowing properly again. Hope this helps.

avoid walking and running too much.
avoid carrying haevy stuffs.
at the same time, take glucosamine.
