i saw a very romantic movie of an american girl in london living with an english guy who was ignoring her for his work till a day when they were having dinner and she left to die in a taxi accident he regret doing so and cried ..next morning every thing repeated so he tried to change her death but couldnt and the car accident this time lead to his death not hers

Fran is right. It has Jennifer Love Hewitt in it, I remember seeing the previews on t.v., was it just a made for tv movie?

I remember it, but can't think of the name.
I remember he actually had some family issues besides work issues, when he gets to live the time over they leave London for... Was it Scotland or Ireland?
