There are as many answers to this question as there are men.
How do they know she is a good woman? By dress? Appearence? The car she drives? What she eats?
For some, they may be afraid of rejection. Maybe they don't feel they deserve or are not good enough for her.
For others, they may feel she must already have someone. I once watched many men ignore a beautiful woman. when I asked the guys why they were not interested they all said she was so pretty they felt she must already have someone.
Other men may just want the one-night-stand and don't want to put the effort into a relationship.
I would say your best bet is to just let friends and others know you are available for dating/friendship. See where it leads from there. If nothing else, start a conversation yourself, if they see you are a warm and caring person, they may ask you out. Start with a local news item or something simple like "What do you think of the mayors new policy? or Did you hear about ABC companys layoffs" something neutral (and not the weather)
Good luck, and remember, a good woman is as hard to find as a good man. You are special and it WILL happen. Don't sell yourself short.

Because those men do not know that a particular woman is good. I am sure the good men and good women would find themselves - some time or the other.
Again, whats good differs from person to person. Not that they are hard to find; it is more like what you find good in the others:)
To be find good in others; one needs to be good in himself. otherwise how do you recognise that quality, if you dont know what exactly it means ? Am I right ?
I am not suggesting that you are not good thats why u r not finding good in others - I only mean it is only that it has not happened yet - and I am sure, as your intentions are good, there are many good men, who will approach you. It is just a matter of time and marriage of minds - on the subject at the same wave length. :)

See in this material world, all are attracted with nice pacaging and advertisement.
Besides, good women make it very difficult to be approached by putting a curtain before them and not letting the men in.

most guys see a good woman as unapproachable, because they either have a man or are married already, they must give signals or a hint that they really are interested and available!

Lets say if you had a B.F.F that cares about you but instead you want somebody they will make you kill yourself so you push the person away that cares for you away that is the same way with relationships.

They're scared, Thats why I do what I do, just dont care what happens. The less you care, the more interesting one becomes, more mysterious.
