The whold thing was a farce from the beggining. lol Do some reading on her. She wasn't an "under cover" or covert agent. She worked in an office. She had gone overseas about 9 years before and was kind of undercover but that was the only time I know of. In other words "leaking" her name would not threaten her life nor any projects she was working on. So he didn't commit a crime.Why would he have "leaked" her name in the first place? What was in it for him, was he hoping to have her hurt or her family?But he does work for that evil bastage Bush so you just never know. It's probably tied to big oil and global warming some how. You can't trust them lying coniving repo's! PS her name is Plame not Plume I don't want to see you investaged by the Demo's for miss spelling her name!

Patrick Fitzgerald realized he could not prove that Rove knew Valerie Plame was an "undercover" FBI agent.

Therefore, no indictment was issued and all charges of wrongdoing by Karl Rove were dropped. That leaves it up to your imagination as to whether or not he's guilty...that is, unless of course, you happen to have sources that Fitzgerald couldn't get his hands on.

Because the criminals that follow the president trickle all the way from him, through his staff, to the supreme court, etc.
They've got most of the bases covered right now.
Once Dems. regain control of the House and/or Senate after the mid-terms, all hell is going to break loose!
