It seems like once simple programs are itching to hog system RAM and crowd your screen with all the junk they can. Why can't an IM program run in the background without a flash ad that screws up your game whenever it changes?

We don't need a "pretty looking" Antivirus program, so why do they keep doing this?

No, they don't. They are just trying to make money. There could be some collusion between the PC manufacturers and the software companies to make it so people have to buy new PCs.

well after looking at the min requirements for VISTA I have to say that you are 100% right, they probably feel that they have to make things look better - the Aero Interface on Vista will require a min of 64 MB graphics card. This is horrible as most PC's in my country will not be able to run it, and many other new programs.

It's a circle, new software comes out that requires new hardware, then new software comes out again and the circle keeps repeating.

This wrong because we do care. If we don't then who will buy product we produce. It is up to user to Maintain there computers and read the software Instruction.

Does anyone here read latest read-me file when we Introduce it on Software. Please just because you cant maintain your PC properly dont blame us programmer.

If someone cooked your meal and it's bad who would you blame? Your mother or your wife or just keep quite.
