Cats, I like dogs too (at least mine) but you can't leave a dog alone for very long (a day, two tops!). I mean jeez, I go out to get the mail and you'd think I'd been gone a year! Where as cats pretty much could care less as long as there is food available. Leave out a big bowl of dog food and its gone in a day! I DO hate litter pans though!

Dog, because they are so cuddly where I can give a big hug to (med to large dogs) and they will play with you and do really dopey stuffs. My dog took off my car's safety sticker without scratching the car. Couldn't figure it out for several weeks. Don't get me wrong. I love cats too and I did own several cats when I was younger, but they are so straight. Not as dopey as a dog could ever be.

I love dogs but i live in an apartment so right now i will say i love cats more, because they don't need as much space to be happy.

cats u can cuddle with, and pet and just have to be like an indoor companion and their so sweet and you feel attatched to them like a baby hehe. i would know, i just got a kitten and her name is Copper, and i luv that thing 2 death, and she cant live without me, so it was perfect match! i luv her!!!!!!!
dogs, because they are officially, MANS BEST FRIEND. that it their title, and they have been dubbed responsible for such. i have a 8 year old dog, and his name is Todd and i know that dog would do anything for me. i mean given, he isnt the brightest of all dogs, simply ALL brawn and NO brains, but we luv him.
and whats GREAT, is that Todd and Copper-- (got the names from Fox & the Hound : Disney Movie) --well they are the bestest of friends, and that made it great for me to know that the 2 pets i luv, r friends. :)
if you love dogs, watch the new movie "Eight Below" WONDERFUL dog story. it will make u want to hug ur dog 2 death at the very end. believe me, i cried, and ran over and squeezed Todd lol....Copper felt very left out, so i squeezed her too. :)

Advantages of Cats
they are not messy
they are very independent
Advantages of Dogs
they are playful
they are friendly to their owners
Disadvantages of Cats
sometimes they don't obey their owner, they aren't obedient like dogs
Disadvantages of Dogs
sometimes they are too playful, and make a mess
if you have a backyard or have a lot of space get a dog....
or...
if you live in a smaller apartment get a cat

dogs...first of all I'm allergic to cats but I hear they have come out with a non-allergic cat. But dogs seem to really appreciate you and we just don't get enough of that

i like dog's, i have 3 of them, 2 over 150 lbs. (they are bullmastiff's) i love big dogs because they are awesome, and also great protection for the house...i mean if a "bad guy" comes to the house and see's a cat, what's he gonna do? walk right by it and kick it, now if he comes in and see's a german sheppard and 2 bullmsatiff's...he's gonna run! haha...so i like dog's they are fun and funny!
