I've called her gorgeous many times to which she responds " thanks". I've made comments that were clearely indicating my interest,and she didn't turn away or avoid me (at work). But now I am concerned that she hasn't contacted me in 3 weeks.I gave my e mail address and we live in the same town. Nature of work is summer vacation. Do you think she will? Or have I been a fool? I really care for her. She knows full well that I am married with kids but very unhappy. Opinions? Also, there is a 20 year age difference. I am older.

Your behaviour can be construed as sexual harrassment. Women are not stupid. She knows you're interested, but she has not responded warmly, rather she has responded neutrally, which means she is NOT INTERESTED but does not wish to create problems at work. Leave her alone, seek marriage counselling and repair the relationship that you made children in.
You have a duty to those people, your wife and children, to whom you made promises that you are very close to breaking. Your actions are very foolish, in my opinion. Not only are you jeopardising your family who love you unconditionally, but you are also jeopardising your income, your reputation and the reputation of the girl you work with. Take this as a big, fat 'No thanks' and focus your energies on your family. In the end, they are the ones who will be there for you. If you need counselling to work through the issues in your marriage, do not be afraid to ask for help.
If you don't want to talk to somebody face-to-face, try reading the Dr. Phil books, specifically Relationship Rescue and Life Strategies. If you take nothing else from my response to your question, take this: Your children need a father, and while your attentions are focussed on chasing young women, they do not have one.

Ok, lets see. you are married and with kids. Then you go and give gifts to a girl who might be at the age of your children. C'mon! Even if u r unhappy with your marrigae, try and fix it. And u don't look like u r trying at all!
