They're okay. I bought a pair at Nordstrom, and I also saw the same pair at Shoe Pavillion. It's right in the middle.

Lots of designer overstocks and name brands go to Ross - that doesn't mean they are cheap.
I have probably owned 10 pairs of Steve Madden shoes - I wouldn't say they are the most comfortable shoes but they are designed to be cute, not to feel good LOL I have never had a quality problem with any of them.

They are typically but you could go to stores like ross and burlington coat factory and find good deals but you have to look

no not really...i know Dillards sells them and Dillard's is like a high end department store...and it also depends on the style you are looking for...but their not outrageously priced...you can get a really nice pair for cheap
