Well it depends on what you mean by saying equal. If "equal"means to be treated fairly in a classroom,in the eyes of law or at home, then we all are definitely equal. The innocent people in Palestine,Kashmir,Iraq should be treated as "equal"when it comes to basic human rights.Same is the case with race, color or lanuage difference among people living in different countries. You won't befriend a person just because he's got a fair complexion or you hate anybody only because he belongs to a land you don't approve of.This where all humans are equal.
Now if we take personal merits like intelligence, loyalty, good manners, generosity and so on,then all humans are not equal. Some people are genuis while others are thick headed, some would stand by you through thick and thin, others would sing a different tune when they find you in trouble. So humans are not "equal" in this respect.
Now onto the daring adventure DEATH,in my opinion death does level us all! It makes us die, doesn't it?and death conquers all.It dosn't matter which sort of death you get,all of us have to leave trhis world when the time comes;no rich man could evade death by bribing it nor would the death feel sorry for a poor man with 10 kids to feed and let it live a bit more.Nay!death comes to all & it levels us all...!

Whoever wrote "even death doesn't level all" is a snob along with whoever thinks that not everyone is equal....''The female came from the rib of a man...not from the feet to be stepped on..not from the head to be superior...but from the 'flank' to be equal..below the arm to be protected...........and next to the heart to be loved.'' This was written in honor of every woman but I feel that EVERY SINGLE being in this world is equal...but unfortunately there are many who make it seem as if this is untrue and have convinced many, many birdbrains to agree. We all eat with a mouth. We all breath air through the nose. When we die we ALL turn to dust.We are ALL God's children...like it or not.......so what makes someone superior than others??? Like I said, superiority is a universal lie that has made this world what it is.............

No.
We are all equal only in the respect that we are all human beings.
But we are not all equal because some are born rich, some are born poor, some are born with defects, some are born with beautiful bodies, etc.
You will never be able to understand the disparity of the human condition if you believe that we are all equal.
And think about that word equal.
Do you want to be the exact same as everyone else?

From a practical standpoint, No - we are not all equal. Some are born in the USA with silver spoons in their mouths and will enjoy lives filled with freedom, leisure and enjoyment. Others are born sick and poor in an alley in Calcutta and will die before they reach their first birthday.
From a spiritual standpoint, No - we are not all equal either. I believe "the first shall be last and the last shall be first", as the Bible says, which is an encouraging thought.
In theory, people in the USA are born with equal rights, but even that is debatable.

with a doubt we are all equal. That being said because we are equal does not mean we are the same we are equal because of our relation to one another, for instance how could a person be considered strong if there was not another who was weak, or one who was attractive if there was not one that was ugly. it is this balance that makes us equal. Good vs Evil, Light vs Dark, Left vs Right and of course Life vs Death. For one to exist so must the other

It is possible that we are all born equal, then things happen. At that point it starts to depend upon your definition of equality. Certainly every life is equally precious, although I do draw the line that an embryo is a human.
In the end, death collects us all, and the most beautiful, richest, smartest, kindest and most hateful are just as dead.

Yes, we are all equal since no one knows before birth that what they are, who they are. Only after birth they come to know that they are human being and when they come to age of understanding all are equal, but one should be guaranteed that after life death is imminent. One should not be worried about not getting job because he black or after death he is buried lavishly.
God has sent to us with a confirmed Return Ticket back to his abode., for e.g. we can see in Planes or Trains,Theaters we have different class and different rates for the same destination, do we argue that one has been charged more and another less, same way God hs sent us to the Earth Planet with different class but he has confirmed our Return Ticket (i.e. death). So one should sit cool and not get worried what will happen nextstep or the breathe of life. So all are equal in the eyes of God.

No we are not all equal.
Some have more money which to others that makes them better; some have more sense which to others that make them better.
We were all created equal so we should all be equal but no one is truly equal because someone is always thinking negative about someone else.

We are all completely different individuals. But we should attempt to treat each other equally for the sake of fairness. Bizarrely, to do this we sometimes have to treat people differently: like giving people in wheelchairs the opportunity to use lifts.

Philosophically speaking we are all one thing.....so yes we should be equal. We are all made from the same mold, but differences are in the manufacturer's artistic vision of colour, height, and density.
But if we're talking materially, then ofcourse not.....we are all different, and our differences are there to allow diversity and competition. Without competition there's no real taste to life.
Good luck
