It's the title to a Pink Floyd song.
I think they meant that someone should keep doing whatever it is that makes them "them"', because everyone is beautiful in their own way.

I think it's what Roger Waters, Nick Mason, Richard Wright and David Gilmour were saying about Sid Barrett who went crazy just before Pink Floyd got huge. Since he was the founder of Pink Floyd, they wanted him to get better and rejoin the group but if not, then it's their way of saying "keep on truckin'."
