infinity (it goes on and on....)

Largest number would be any number divided by zero. To help you understand this divide 1 by 4. = 1/4
1 by 2. = 1/2
1 by 1. = 1
Now divide 1 by 1/2. = 2
1 by 1/4 = 4
1 by 1/10 = 10
so you see that the smaller the divider becomes (gets closer to zero) the larger the answer becomes. So any number divided by zero equals the largest number possible.
1 divided by 0 = infinity
7 divided by 0 = infinity
even infinity divided by 0 = infinity
How's that one?

you learn that in school
There is no largest number! Why? Well, 1,000,000,000 (1 billion) can't be the largest number because 1 billion + 1 is bigger - but that is true for any number you pick. You can choose any big number and I can make a bigger one just by adding 1 to it.
What's a googol?
A googol is a 1 with a hundred zeroes behind it. We can write a googol using exponents by saying a googol is 10^100.
The biggest named number that we know is googolplex, ten to the googol power, or (10)^(10^100). That's written as a one followed by googol zeroes.

The largest named number is a googolplex (hence the name Google) which is 1 x 10^googol. A googol is a 1 with 100 zeros behind it. A googolplex, however, has more zeros than there are subatomic particles in the visible universe! (THAT IS ALMOST INFINITE!)

The biggest namber is "googol", which is bulshit because I looked it up when I was really little & it was centrillion or centillion. Now I look for it again & centillion is now 66 zeros after the first "1".

The biggest nubmer is 100 digits after the first "1".
1,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000

I like your icon. I do not think there is an actual end to numbers counting goes on to infinity. If they had to count beyond they would just give it another *illion to continue so it does just go on & on & on & on & on & on & ...
