For a moment, I couldn't believe that Bush was telemarketing! But then I realized that it was exactly the kind of thing that asshat would do.

No, but I got a call like that during the presidential election asking me to vote for Bush (too late, I'd already voted and it wasn't for him). I think it's a tacky way to campaign.

Certainly not. If the President (George W.) "actually" called me, I'd probably give him a piece of my mind, even though I probably cannot spare much. But I most likely wouldn't vote for anyone "He" suggested because I think they're all pretty much crooked. Oh ya, Mr. George W. Bush, a real straight-shooter from the big ol' state of Texas. Ya right! The Prez. is probably lucky he has time to go to the bathroom on a regular basis.
