"have not mentioned" is fairly awkward - I would use "You did not mention".
Also, it would sound better if you switched around the order of the first sentence.
"Hereafter" is not in common use, so I suggest you use "From now on".

So,
1. In the invoice, you did not mention who had used the vehicle.
2. From now on, could you please mention in the invoice who uses the vehicle?

2 Hereafter is wrong(ish). You don't have a 'hereafter' on a piece of paper. Refer to the area where the information should be written. (if that is appropriate).

If you are referring to future invoices say: In future please mention in the invoice who uses the vehicle.

Technically, 2. is a question because of the word "could". Take out the words "could you" and it is a statement.
In 1, you say "who has used" and in 2, you say "who uses". Pick one and change the other to the one you pick.
I would put a comma after hereafter, for emphasis.

ALL OF THE ANSWERS WERE PRETTY GD; ACTUALLY YOU COULD CONSOLIDATE BOTH SENTENCES INTO ONE--BY STATING TO PLEASE SIGN INVOICES WITH OCCUPANTS, ALSO; I KNOW WE HAVE TO HAVE WHO WE HAD WITH US, & SIGN IT- BOTH; PLUS OUR MILEAGE & DESTINATION, ETC. SO HOPEFULLY THIS IS BEING DONE, ALSO.
