Science'sultimate goal is to answer our problems in life.
It is to prove why things are here and also to explain the phenomenas happening in our LIFE. ^^
SCience is made to make life easier... ^^
Science is the study of all things here present.... ^^

Some would say to find the meaning of life.

In practice, it seeks to siphon as much money as possible out of the public coffers for the benefit of the corporate and research industries.

Does this mean that there are no benefits at all, especially in individual cases? Not at all; however, there is no question that its "advance" inexorably leads toward the eventual extinction of our species (by degradation of our habitat to such an extent as to render ourselves no longer compatible with it).

all science can be boiled down into one single word. "why" I think this is why science is alwasy in conflict with religion.
