Can a person on disability income with poor to no credit,married, combined incomes get a loan big enough to purchase a small family home with enough to pay of other debts

Not.

And if you did the payments would kill you. Disability makes you a liability. To cover this you would have to pay extra.

There are forms where adult kids actually pay for the house also. That would ease the risk and make payments more relaxed... they would have to be living there though.

If you can find a co signer that has good credit,that trusts you enough to sign for you.
Thats the only way I know of.
