How much lower can they get? Forget the players, let's band together and make a public outcry for a change in ownership. Montgomery is a good man but he isn't a good top guy. This team stinks from top to bottom. I get the feeling that ALL they want to do is sell tickets. I think the wrong team left town. Bring back the Athletics. I'd like to hear from fans of other teams too. I expect to get hammered by the Phillies Nation.

I woke up when Bowa was fired. Love baseball, but the manager was fired by the fox watching the hens.

Now, a change in ownership is the only solution. I say Donald Trump should buy the Phillies for his interest in (sic) gambling.. The team needs a name to blame, not some anonymous ******* from the main line

I totally agree that the Phillies need to change ownerships. In addition, yes they are a bad organization. However, the really funny thing is that the 2 people who answered this are a Cardinals fan (1 title in 25 year) and a Red Sox fan (1 title in 25 years). Me being a Phillies fan (1 title in 25 years), I think the wrong team did leave, but that’s crying over spilt milk now. Both have made it to the playoffs 9 time (the Phillies only 3 times (oh they were in the World Series all three years) and have each won 1 world series. So before you all say how great your team is every time the Phillies make the playoffs they are playing in the World Series. However, I agree with you they do need to sell the team and bring in fresh blood to fix the team.

It's fine with me, as a Cardinals fan, it's nice to have a team help pad the record. The team that needs a new owner is the Royals. They really suck. Oh, and the Orioles, their owner sucks even more. At least the Phillies have been to the Series in somewhat recent memory, it's been over 20 years for those other two teams.

How can you expect the fans to wake up when they are perpetually put to sleep by sloppy play, untimely hitting, and horrible pitching. I find it amusing that every year as the season begins, we hear that THIS is the year for the Phillies. They MUST have a great PR man, because they never even come close!!

Sorry, but I need to call them as I see them.
