If so--what?

I do believe that your soul or some type of energy lives on. I don't believe that you come back as a human being or float around in some spiritual world however ,but when your body decomposes it will eventually become a part of the earth again. The soil produces vegetation, which in turn nourishes all living things, and your body becomes part of that process. So in essence your body does not just disappear but rather reappears as some living part of the earth. I know it's bizarre but I rather like the idea of becoming a part of mother nature some day. Maybe come back as part of a tree ...yeah ..that would be cool.

Yes.
You only leave your body and your soul exists.
It takes a new form and a new body. Just like one changes their clothes on the top of it. One does not know what their form is going to be. But if you nurture your soul you will get freedom from the changing of body.

No, as a Christian I believe that when I die, I will either go to Heaven or to Hell. But it will be my soul that goes, not my body.
