A Supercharged Top Fuel Dragster will reach a speed of 330 MPH but can just make the quarter-mile. A Turbo-Charged Top Fuel has been tried, but due to the 'Turbo Lag' are not competitive. A Turbo-Charged Champ Car will exceed 230 MPH, but can go 500 miles. Several Supercharged Indy Cars were used in the 1950's and 1960's, but due to fuel restictions, the Turbo-Charged cars turned out to be more efficient. There have been engines, (mostly used on boats), where a Supercharger and Turbo-Charger combo used, giving you the 'best' of both. The quick acceleration of being Supercharged, then cutting 'off' for the more efficient usage of the higher speed of Turbo-Charging.

Depends on your engine and car. Personally the spray would not be an option. If you have a 6 or 8 cylinder with a greater amount of torque than hp than a super is deifinitely your choice. If you have a 4 cylinder then it is not strong enough to power a supercharger. You then have to decide if a single turbo (more speed) outweight the benefits of a dual turbo(higher acceleration). Any v8 should have a super. i-6's generally have the torgue necessary to turn a super without ill hp effects. A v-6 depends on how powerful it is.

Turbo offers the largest boost volume but superchargers will last a lot longer as they aren't subject to the heat.

The only bolt on you listed is spray. The other two require a lot of work in order to operate properly.

Bang for the buck award goes to spray- avg. cost of $600 for a wet kit, 2 hr. install, INSTANT power at the touch of a button...can be a little hard on factory components, hey but it'll point out any weakness you have in your engine or transmission (high boost will as well)!
