I am my boss. I'm not hiring, unless you want to become a consulting partner with an equal investment, and are suitably qualified. This is a 100% commission-based position, so only track me down if you have something creative to offer, and are prepared to explain your last sentence. I honestly do not know what you are claiming.

You should have someone proofread your resume and cover letters. If the spelling and grammar in them is similar to your question, that could be the reason you can't find a job. No one will hire you if they can't understand what you're saying. I hope this helps.
