If a woman is suffering, you are doing it wrong...

First of all, it expands to accept the penis. It is very flexible, so it can be "streched" enough to allow penetration.

In case of the first sex in life, the hymen is torn, which causes pain. But, since the hymen isn't a part of vagina, but of vulva, it is not going to be discussed here.

Also in case of first sex in life, when hymen is already torn, some more slight pain occurs when penis enters to the unstreched vagina, but that feeling is not long-lasting. As soon as first couple of moves are done, vagina is expanded enough to stop the feeling of pain and to replace it with the feeling of light pleasure.

In case of rough penetration, vagina can suffer some scratches, but that doesn't hurt, because there are no superficial sensitive nerves in vagina. They can be found deeper in vagina tissue, and that's why the pain occurs during birth of a child.

So, no particular changes happen, and Your vagina won't "suffer". Good luck.

It doesn't "suffer" anything.A women's vagina is made up of elastic tissues that stretch to accomodate a man's organ. And once the object is removed,it goes back to it's original size/shape.There's absolutely no reason to worry that sex "changes" any part of the vagina.(except maybe, losing the hymen,in some cases, where it was present).
