Can you imagine the flooding that would take place if everyone could just constantly write as much as they want every day? Whew! How would you ever get a response?

And how would there be any monitoring of compliance with Yahoo guidelines to keep children safe from villains?

So, although you may have a lot to ask or say, give yourself time. Maybe you could journal after you have reached your max of answers or questions for the day. Then, you could review them the next day and choose the ones that are of high importance for you.

It is Yahoo! "policy". In other words, it is a rule they decided on for whatever purpose they thought it would serve. Only a Yahoo! staffer who was involved in those decisions could give you an accurate answer on this one. All the rest of us would just be guessing, or trying to read Yahoo! staffers' minds.

Note: I am NOT a Yahoo! staff member.

so that people wont give answers that are not relevant to the questions. Otherwise people would abuse it and just answer "yes" or "no" to every question. So essentially it is to prevent abuse of the system, that is why they deduct points for every question you ask, because otherwise people would clog up the system asking "what day is today" and the like
