i like the singer from "Shivers" by Armin Van Buuren..the effect were a gorgeous touch on her voice, echoey and naturally very powerful.
On "looks" however, I'd have to say Usher, because he's always "sharply" dressed, like in suites and nice looking clothes, and Maybe even a little of the EARLY Britney Spears, she ooked good, but in an innocent way......

Any singer who has good knowledge of sur & taal .He/she should also have a good voice, appearence also matters but not as much as quality singing.
