i think you need to sit down wit the other party and have a chat bout this love respect and trust are the key ingredents to a marrage as well as a relationship if you dont have those then you dont have anything. if you both feel this way then maybe you need to seperate for awhile and see what happns.
Good luck xx

If there is no love left and your spouse doesn't repsect you what kind of relationship is that? Personal experience stayed with spouse for 8 yrs dealing with isolation, no help with kids except as they got older he thinks of them as playmates and I do all the taking care of them, attention only for sex and treating me like a maid and put downs when angry. Even a few times emotional/physical abuse. After yrs I finally quit missing him and felt relieved when he was away and couldn't stay in an unhappy loveless marriage anymore. Recently moved out with 2 kids and he is still being rude even though he says he wants to make it work. We are doing great and enjoying it on our own and I wouldn't go back.
I don't know why you feel like there is no love or respect left in your marriage but it is not healthy to stay if it involves abuse of any kind. Emotional abuse can be just as bad as physical to your self esteem and self worth.

well the only thing you can do is be honest with yourself .. what do (you) want ? you gotta do what you want not what your suppost to do if that makes any sense ? LOVE aint just gazing into each others eyes ..it is looking together in the same direction ..if you guys cant comprimise love and respect one another then maybe a seperation aint a bad idea .. you needa ask yourself what u really want b4 u let him go cuz sometimes you dunno what u got till its gone ..and remember everyone makes mistakes learn to forgive ..I dont take marriage very lightly id say try n work it out and find the person u fell in love with if possible ..nuttin in life worth having ever comes easy ..welp just be real to yourself you gotta do what makes you happy ..good luck to you both !!

If you want that back, you must practice what you used to do while you were still dating. Avoid anything that usually put a relationship in danger, anything like flirting with others, fantasizing that sort of things.
