You can't, when you go to another state they run your driving record for that state your from and if they find out that yours is suspended they will deny you and prosecute for falsifying records...

You can't your license are suspended so what makes you think you can get another state to give you any license.

One can't just go out anymore and jump state to get a license, one now has to either move there and live there for a period of time,before one can get his or her license.
