Not very useful answer so far.
just contact yahoo if it's a paid account and get your account back. regardless you need to report the account as lost or stolen.
when you do get your account back or when you create a new one select a strong long password and the answer to your security question should be something that is basically unguessable by anyone. for example if you select a pets name as your security question then answer a name that is unrelated to anyone you know and unrelated to any pets you have ever had.
a strong password should be above 8 but preferably 15 to 16 minimum charachters, that contain upper and lowercase numbers and symbols.

u just click on the i have forgotten my id. then give the secret answer. if u can able to give correct answer of the quetion u will get a new password from yahoo. or you can do that u will email on your on id and request him or her to please let allow u to use your own id and force him/her emotionaly to send you a password of that profile.
