I have seen this before too.
Have you re-booted the PC? Usually this will fix it. But also try shutting off Bearshare, then deleting the movie, and then turn Bearshare back on(if needed)

That's what you get for doing illegal stuff.
Turn off BearShare and do it. If that doesn't work, make sure that BearShare isn't set up to start up with Windows (or any other OS) and restart your computer. After it's restarted, try deleting it again. If you can not delete the file even when BearShare is off, then (in Windows XP) open up the folder in which the file is in, and go to Tools then click on Folder Options then click on View then uncheck "Hide extensions for know file types" then click on Apply and OK. Then press F5 while you are clicked on the folder with the movie in it to refresh the folder. Then, right click the movie file and click on rename. In the rename box it will say something .avi or something.mpg or something .something, change that .avi or .mpg or .something to .000 then press Enter. It will give you some warning message or something, just click OK. Now single click on the movie file and try pressing Shift+Delete to permanently delete it or just press Delete to send it to the Recycle Bin. By doing all of this, this movie file should have gone away to the recycle bin or just plain gone away.

Another way is this: close bearshare, then open Total commander (or windows commander) then press Ctrl+Alt+Del chose Task Manager look for explorer.exe, click on it, then click end task, now do Alt+Tab to total comander go to where ur movie is and delete it then Alt+tab to task manager again and choose File --> New task and write explorer.exe and hit ok.
PS total commander is easy to find if u dont have it, just do a yahoo search for it.

to delete the movie you must first disable the program so it only starts up when you double click its icon. you can do this by
1. click Start
2. click Run
3. type in msconfig
4. click the Startup tab
5. find Bearshare and remove the check mark
6. click Apply then click OK
7. it should ask permission to restart the computer and you should click yes.
8. when it restarts you should be able to delete the movie.
