The federal government is all about making money. If they could control the potency of marijuana, they would tax the crap out of it like cigarettes and legalize it. The problem lies in the regulation of the strains of marijuana. Personally, I am tired of my tax dollars paying for pot-heads in prison.

human beings would not advance their personal. Marijuana isn't some hillbilly planting seeds out back anymore. they'd purchase the keep bought sort, by using the indisputable fact that is a lot extra efficient and would not contain dealing with some sketchy drug broking service, who will say something to get you money. all people who has ever bought drugs would welcome preventing at 7-11 over dealing with the common pot broking service. Amateurs purely won't be able to compete. California would in all chance take a web page from Colorado's books and require a similar strict inventory administration to maintain away from black market distribution from professional growers.

Even if a state legalizes it, the Federal Government doesn't and it's jurisdiction is nation wide whereas the state only covers the state. The Feds have more teeth in Federal law.

Even though we legalized medicinal marijuana in California, it's still against federal law to possess the drug.
It is just about as lame as it sounds.

Liberals, my question to you is:
Is there more to life than booze, joints, orgies, and abortion?
also:
Do any of you believe there ever been a "good" war?
