Provided the errors you mention are incapable of being fixed by normal procedures first check for virus infection. If none is found and the computer is very sick the following may be a solution.
If you have not already done so, back up ALL of your folders and files. These should be in 'My Documents'. Also back up your Mail folders.
Provided you have the necessary copy of your operating system, Format the Hard disk.
Reload your operating system, your programs, files and folders.
Computeractive published a workshop detailing this procedure some years ago. Go to their site and request a copy.

u need to be more specific. What types of errors? Each error has its own fix solution. If you receive an error message, you can search in yahoo by typing that message in, i'd bet you find the answer instantly :) Good luck!

A lot of would be tech's in here and a lot more idiots with nothing better to do than type idiotic remarks to someone who obviously needs to fix their computer. As someone else stated, unless we REAL tech know what errors you have, we cannot tell you how to fix them.

some good suggestions so far use clean and fix programs to try to resolve problems but if this doesn't work then you may have to do a reinstall and start from scratch ensure you ave a good anti virus and sypware stopper as you have been told each error has its own fix if you have so many I would reinstall (Back everything important up first) and ensure you have all your drivers and software before you start

Try some online scanners:
http://housecall.trendmicro.com/
http://www.symantec.com/securitycheck/
http://housecall.trendmicro.com/
Fix as much of the problems as they find.
If there are still errors drop me an email with their details.

A program like Registry Mechanic may be your solution. Also CrapCleaner (free) may be able to sort the errors for you. Good luck!

You need to be more specific.
For general help, go to the Microsoft website and go through Microsoft Update.
Also update your drivers.
To do this:
rightclick my computer
click the hardware tab
click device manager
for each device find the manufacturer, go to their website
download and install the driver
