when you are pregnant, your hormone levels are different from usual, which can cause you to feel and behave differently than usual. it can make you feel very happy, but it can also make you feel grumpy or testy. This is normal. It is possible though to have extreme hormone shifts, in which case it is wise to see a Dr. If your moods are bad enough that they bother you, it wouldn't hurt to ask about it. Chance are it will pass though after a month or so.
You really should be very careful after you deliver your baby though. Having hormonal imbalances at that time can cause postnatal depression, which can be extremely dangerous, and must be treated ASAP.
Most women are fine though, and again, mood swings are part of the experience.
Hope you get to enjoy your pregnancy. It's a special time!

We all go through mood swing when we are pregnant. It's normal. I would discuss it with your doctor to see if there is any safe treatment he/she can give you. I found that a hot cup of tea and a good chick flick often helped me.

What you are describing is a hormonal imbalance. This is quite common. Many women have had problems with their bodies adjusting to the pregnancy. It's just something to get through as best as you can.

definately, i had a friend who was sever enough to have been institutionalized and come to find out it was a hormonal imbalance that she always had but was OVERLY aggravated by being pregnant......................aside from that even in the norm there may something he can do to help you relax because regardless being aggitated and worked up for any reason is still bad for the baby................

blame it on hormones...I'm 15 weeks pregnant and I have a very short fuse....If things don't go my way, I start throwing things....I don't want to do it, but I can't stop it!!! thats not the end of it....just wait till the crying starts...

No because this is very common while you are pregnant. I've been that way since I was in my first month.
