Its mainly hormonal differences and chemicals in the body. There really isn't anyway to alter breast size except through surgery. It is a fact of life that some women will have bigger breasts then others. Be careful of the source that is provided there is some graphic material enclosed

Is a naturally born.But depends on girls if they drink much milk especially full cream milk.Drink much full cream milk since little can make boobs bigger.If for those who less eating and less drinking milk,boobs will be small.

Besides the 1st and most obvious answer: God made them that way. Body weight affects their size, too. And you can't forget: Plastic Surgery!!!! Family genes might also affect them, and if you breast feed, that usually keeps them at a good size, too.
