Salmon.

When U smoke salmon it's way tender melts in your mouth almost.

Pretty boney but worth it eat w/buttered bread.

I enjoy salmon, mostly because when cooked just right, it has a melt in your mouth effect. A squirt of fresh lemon and a warm chunk of savory salmon on the grill sure is a mouthwatering thought. Hmm.. i'm hungry now...

Hamachi in Japanese or Yellow tail. Mostly its in the name Yellow tail asian girl. But its flsh is tender and supple. A light colored fish with a red streak.

Kingfish coz i only eat it when I go visit my folks in the W.I. and Yellow Fin Tuna coz once you cut it up it is sooooo meaty it tastes like steak, Damn i'm booking my tickets soon, gotta get me some of those flavas.
