If using someone else's material without giving credit (references IE. author name, book name) is plagiarism. Using any ones work that is not yours is stealing or cheating if you don't give credit. Yahoo even has a statement about this in Community Guidelines.

Plagarized is coping someone else's written work without giving them credit or coping a paper in whole or part and claiming it as your own work. Prewritten is when you write a paper for another class and then reuse it for a difference class/assignment. I'm not sure what you mean by owner's papers. I guess it means you own the paper (you wrote it?).
