40-45, then he would do some busch racing. i don't think it will happen, he grew up with racing, i don't see how he could retire after 40. and for those people who think he is trying to fill his fathers footsteps, you are wrong, dale sr. loved racing and so does jr. he had quite a bit of influence from his dad, granted, but he is not trying to replace him, in the world of racing. dale earnhardt sr died on february 18, 2001. on the last lap of the Daytona 500. ralph earnhardt died at age 45. both were admited into the nascar 50 greatest drivers.

Retire from Nextel, I think 45. Just for the record, aredneckwedding said Dale Sr. died at 55, not correct. He died at age 49, on the last lap of the Daytona 500.

He said he would retire at 40. I say it on an interview before a race. I bet he won't do it though. It is in his blood to race.
After his racing days are done, as a driver, he will keep in the business as a car owner. Plus he has his Hammerhead Productions.

Steve Park drove the Pennzoil Chevy owned through Sr. and gained on the Rock properly after Earnhardt died. properly? Edit: The overdue 1890s said the motor vehicle subsidized through R&L distributors. the motor vehicle become yellow and eco-friendly. Richard Jackson owned the large type/crew. Rick Mast become the winless driving force. I said him turn at Talladega i imagine in ninety or 91. those are tremendous, Jeff. save on!

40-45. He said he'd race in the busch series and something else, but I can't quite remember until he was 55.

I want to say it was 35.

Before 55 - that is the age both dad and Ralph died, at the track.

he didn't give an exact age, but he said probably around his 40's.. depending on his career.
and he'd probably still fiddle around with racing, but just not full time.
