There are several possiblities:
1) It gets flushed out when the women urniates
2) It gets flushed out with regular, normal vaginal secretions
3) It gets flushed out during the womans menses
Bottomline, it gets flushed out

after 7 days it dies, gets absorbed by the body or excreted via vaginal secretions
