It's pretty cool. I read the piece and though it's not exactly what I would call an interview (too short) I think it's neat that she's coming out and talking again. To Kill A Mockingbird was such an important book, and it still is today. I doubt that she'll publish any more books, though I would love it if she did.

I didn't know she was alive either but if she is... good for her and if she is planning on writing more, that's even better! The world needs more books like 'To Kill a Mockingbird'.
That was a really good book!!

I think it is interesting enough for me to buy the magazine for the first time. I wownder if it has anything to do with the unauthorized biography of her that just came out called Mockingbird.

i think that it's great! harper lee only withdrew from the public and stopped writing since she was verbally assulted by so many critics. maybe this means that she'll start writing again.

All the mystery is going out of life. First we find out who Deep Throat is - and now this.
At least Hoffa is still missing...

Who?? Hah? Nobody remembers.
I also thought she was dead.
Great book, great movie, nearly 45 years ago though.
