Mormons are allowed to have more than one wife not the other way around. Some indigenous groups that exist today in Latin America and in Africa practice that still.

While the Latter-Day Saints did at one point allow plural marriage*, that is no longer the case. Technically, it's still official doctrine, but the Church has threatened to excommunicate anybody who tries it. There are a few small sects that still allow men to have multiple wives, but the church disavows any knowledge of their actions. Regardless, it's generally only the wealthier set who can afford to support multiple wives. As for women having multiple husbands, I can't think of any, since the idea of marriage has historically been that that the man bought the woman from her family.
* People tend to say that it was just Joseph Smith who had multiple wives, but the practice was actually taught publicly from 1852 until it was essentially driven underground in 1890. An overlooked side note is that generally, it was the wife's decision as to whether the man was allowed to have a second wife. And whether she had legitimate authority or not, women have ways of influencing men's decisions.
Many of them didn't mind, because it meant somebody else to help raise the kids and clean the house. Besides, through the LDS practice of "sealing" marriages, the first wife could consider herself the "real" wife.

Mormons do not have multiple husbands. Not even fundamentalist Mormons have multiple husbands. Fundamentalist Mormons have multiple WIVES - not husbands.
Islam does not permit its followers to have multiple husbands - only multiple wives. They are permitted no more than 4.
There are some tribal cultures in Brazil and Columbia that permit a woman to have multiple husbands but this practice has little to do with their religion but more to do with a folkloric belief about how children are formed during conception. They believe that in ordr to make a child, a father contributes a certain percentage to the child and it takes many men to create a newborn.

I don't believe there are any religions that permit a woman to have more than one husband. In some parts of Mongolia, a woman can be married to more than one man at a time. The men she marries are usually brothers. This is done because there are fewer women, and the men work together. The woman takes care of all domestic duties and the men take care of all herding and other duties. They all take care of the children and treat them all as though they are their biological children.

It's the other way around the Mormons or The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saint's use to allow their men to have more than one wife. They don't practise polygamy any more but there are Fundamentalist Mormons who do believe that it's a man religious duty to have more than one wife.

What difference does it make. Tell me what is the difference between being able to have multiple marriage partners and being married to one person and cheating with two others. It's all a crock of sh*t. Marriage isn't a religious icon anymore. Bottom line is not that your screwing over a partner, but someone you chose to call a friend. Sorry. To answer your question...I don't know.
I hope this answer just changed a life.
