if you mean how do you make a cd that will fry your system if you try to copy it, not fry your system?(it happened to a friend of mine, she loaned a cd to a coworker, and it fried his disc drive)

take a felt tip maker and and run it around the bottom of the cd on the outside edge, thats were the protection that fries your system is(or at least was if they didnt move it)
