Yes you can. Open the picture with MS Paint. Then click on FILE, Save AS... and under File Name, you will see: Save As type and at the end of this box there is an upside down triangle. Click on it and Choose the JPG or Jpeg format. Tha should work.

nicely if it in uncomplicated phrases does that on a particular web site thats what the photo document is in. attempt on the bottom at the same time as save asing to apply the drop down menu. if it grants different innovations then go with jpg or you need to save them as artwork and stumble on a software which will convert it.

Open it up and view it, click file, save as, and name it whatever you want, but type .jpg right after it with no space. Click Save. That should do it.

Use Photoshop from Adobe.com U can change any format u want. But there are some converters available for free, try download.com and search for one free. Good luck.
