"BANGKOK - Doctors found around 50 maggots in the ears of an 84-year-old Thai man after he went to hospital complaining of an itch." (1)
"Myiasis is the infestation of tissue with fly larvae, commonly referred to as maggots. It is widespread in the tropics and subtropics of Africa and the Americas, and occurs with significantly less frequency in most other areas of the world. The infestation is most often subcutaneous and produces a furunculoid or boil-like lesion, but it is also known to occur in wounds and certain body cavities. ." (2)
"In early September, fly larvae (maggots) were seen in each of two stool specimens [*] collected on different days. These larvae were identified as living third-instars of Muscina stabulans, the false stable fly." (3) *from a 12-month-old girl
I honestly can't look for any more; I'm getting queasy. But clearly, maggots can and do live in humans. If they are just under the skin, they cause raised, red infections.

Not exactly, you see our bodies can fight bacteria and washes away any infectional diseases we have, when we eat spoiled food, maggots will not grow because their are not strong enough to adapt to our environment (the stomach), Now if we were to eat raw food, this will cause another paradox, we don't exactly grow maggots, but we do get parasites called tape worms that can survive in our bodies, they stay in our intestines and eat there way out, tapeworms never stop eating, eventually you'll get so skinny that bone definitions will stick out. Therefore, the only way to get rid of these parasites is to consume a pill prescribed by the doctor, hours later you'll **** them out, and it is not a pretty site.
the only time we get maggots is when we die and decomposed ourselves
hopefully this will help you understand more better.

People can get parasites in the gut, but generally not maggots. However, maggot therapy has been used to removed dead and dying tissue elsewhere on the body. In that case, they are intentionally placed onto areas of dead tissue because they will eat only the dead material. It can work better than surgery to remove areas of infection.
