your crime is thinking differently. The country was not seettled for religous freedom. It is still tolerable because we tolerate it. A bit simple, but that's just it. Until we all make a mass effort to drop the stupid prejudices, they will continue. If we do overcome them, it is likely we will just develop more. Human nature maybe? So you are just a bloody pagan for now. I am different in my spiritual belifs anyway. "Embrace the hate" meaning, it can make you a stronger person. The more difficult it is to practice your religion, the more devoted you must be. Maybe you can find a way to be happy about it, or at least slightly comforted.

In my opinion you have the right to worship who, how, where, or what you choose. This country was built on religious freedom. Just because I may not believe in the same religion as you, I would fight with all my life to preserve your right for your belief. After all, as soon as we start making a religion criminal, where does it stop, and how long would it take before my beliefs became illegal. Believe as you choose. I will defend you. It is your right as an American and as a human being.

Because we took advantage of other before, but instead of stopping we made it even worse by being nice to them in their face and backstabing them in the dark, as a result of which, other are taking advantage of us. Out rights that we thought we had are being taken away until we realize how to correct our mistakes without mistreating more people or making others suffer by hurting ourselves.

The first amendment guarantees freedom of assembly and freedom of religion. Now, if your beliefs include the ritual killing of animals and/or PEOPLE then, you have a problem
the ritual killing of animals for reasons other than food, commerce(like snakeskin) or pest control is considered a crime.
and the ritual killing of people is ... murder. also a crime.

Blah, blah, blah. I get so tired of people complaining about freedom of religion but then demanding that the government recognize their religion. Leave me and the government out of your religion. If you don't want them involved in your religion, dont invite them by asking asinine questions.

your crime is not knowing how to use spell check.

And no where in the constitution, state law, federal law, or even case law does it say that not believing in one god is a crime. Sorry, someone's been lying to you.
