That's like asking "Did O.J. really kill his exwife and her new boyfriend?" Whoever has the most money will win in court.

This whole incident is nothing new, the entertainment goes on all the time. It is an example of poor choices, decisions that have unexpected results and people losing all credablility. I'm sure there are parents that are completely disgusted with the actions of their sons. There are others that probably spent scads of money to get their sons out of trouble all their young lives....and these boys just figured dad will give me more money again. Well it has come to the point where the future will hinge on a jury to decide the outcome. If any of them survive this, they better grow up and toe the line. They were lucky this time. My father would have kicked my *** for even having a dancer perform in such a manner. These guys need to get a grip and start wearing a helmet when they are whipping that ball around. Sounds like they got hit a couple of times without any protection.

when this all started I hoped it was true not for the fact of bringing down a bunch a rich white kids or the racial aspects or anything else except that so many woman are raped and abused and nothing is ever done about it. the fact that she is an exotic dancer doesn't matter, the fact she black doesn't matter, the fact she is poor doesn't matter millions of women are raped and the media doesn't pay attention and I fear now that when the media does cover a story it will end up being false

My default answer would be "Yes, of course." ..but that's just because I'm a wildcat.
Honestly, I haven't followed the details that closely. But in my opinion, the fact that she's an exotic dancer has nothing to do with it. She's still a person, her no still means no. (If she actually consented, then that's a different story, but I don't know the details on that.) But the fact that she's a dancer shouldn't matter at all.

I don't know if they did it or not, and I won't be on the jury so it won't be up to me to decide. I probably won't hear half the evidence. I do know what I've heard, sounds like maybe they're Innocent, or at least some of them are. That is, her story has changed, one guy has proof he wasn't there, her friends say it didn't happen. I don't think her being a stripper should have any barring on the outcome, it wouldn't give them the right to rape her. Rape is serious and when woman lie about it, it degrades all woman, and hurts woman who have really been raped. I hate to think she really did lie, but I also would like to find out these young men didn't rape her.

It's hard to say; it's a typical rape story. She says yes, they say no. I am inclined to think it is very possible. I went to a mostly white college, and knew some guys very like the lacrosse team (my roommates brother was a rower on crew) . They didn't think much of blacks, they didn't think much of women, they didn't think much of strippers (other than the looking at them part), so I can't imagine how little they would think of a black stripper.
On the other hand, her own partner says she was lying....but on the other, OTHER hand, those boys have pricey lawyers & alot of $$$, and her partner could probably use some of that cash.
Hopefully, the jury can sort it out, and if they did it, put them away.

I don't think the fact that she was an exotic dancer hurt near as much as the fact that she is not believable. Her story has changed and her friend states that it never happened, at least one guy has proof that he wasn't at the house when it happened. It really doesn't look good for her side.

I agree that we can not make a total judgement on this. I do know that she has contradicted herself, and i also know that this is not the first time that she has made accusations against a school team. I have read this, heard it on the news also. But thank God that we live in America where everyone has the right to trial and is inocent until proven guilty. This goes on both side of this case.

I will leave it up to the jury to decide. Sorry, but that is the way it should be. Then you can agree or disagree with the decision. Only the lady and the men know what they did.

Regardless I think theres been way too much media attention on the case.
I wouldent consider myself an expert on this but everytime the media focuses on a single court case stupidity ensues.

I think that you have a situation where there were some provactive women, and some very unwise boys. I don't believe that women deserved to be raped. I do believe if a woman is coming onto a guy, she is partially responsible for his reactions.
All in all; I don't think they raped her; I do think they got caught in a bad situation.
