Tell me your opinion. Its all over the news about her leaving. If I had to work around Grossie Rosie I'd move on too.

I think O'Donnell is just an attention hog. Nothing wrong with being opinonated just dont alienate people like some celebs do

Well there was a part in Grossie Rosie's contract that asked for the firing of Star if she was gonna be a part of the View cause "the table's not big enough for the both of us.." she said.

I agree w/ aeriolf. Seemed like she didn't click w/ every1 as much as she used to. I think more, and more she was kind of alienating others, and ready to "move on", and w/ her contract up....Rosie's in. Yeah, I used to like Rosie b/c she seemed really nice but, ever since she got her hair cut short to conform to a steriotype(which I as a lesbian resent), and transformed into a mean person, or so it seemed, I'm not sure I like her any more. I mean, maybe she's still a nice person, and just going through a tough time but, I'm not so sure anymore....She once even admited to telling an employee "you know what happens to stuppid ppl, their mother's get cancer!", and while, kind of funny, it's also kind of tactless, and if their mother has cancer, it's a terribley insensative thing to say to almost anyone, unless s/he's a wifebeater, or something equally horrible. Perhaps we all make mistake but, I don't know wether she's the nice person she portrayed on her talk show, or a total *****. She seemed to have changed since her shows been canceled but, then again, there are 2 sides to every1, and nobody's perfect. As far as ppl on The View are concerned, I'm not sure I like them much either, as judging by some of the things they said they seem like 2-faced gossips that would talk behind their best friends back, hence the show, and I don't believe in saying anything behind some1's back that you wouldn't say to their face, and they also seem shallow at times but, again, every1 has their flaws, and w/o personally knowing them I can't say for sure.....

I think she is leaving because Rosie is coming on. Her importance in the show will be way less. She been going off the deep end lately anyway and I agree with the others, she is getting alien looking.

actually watch this show regularly - could see this coming for awhile - before Meredith announced her leaving. it looked like she wasnt comfortable there any longer - looked like she clashed with Barbara and Joy - you could see it during the shows - not thru their usual banter and such but you could just see it in little ways that they were grating on her nerves - Rosie was the last straw for her i think. will miss her i liked Star. it is going to be interesting seeing Rosie interact regularly with Elizabeth who is extremely conservative. wonder if this is the begining of the end for the view.

Honestly it is because of Rosie but I think at some point in your life you need to grow up and be prfessional and deal with you issues! Rosie is outspoken and that makes people uncomfortable.

Star and Rosie are two peas in a pod. Both want the complete limelight...nothing wrong with that, right? You know what they say about two divas in one house...it would NEVER work.

Star was a token and clearly did not fit in with the rest on that sorry panel. The whole crew could use replacement. Substance over form...

Her contract was not renewed is what EXTRA said tonight on TV....but I don't think she really cares since the big R is coming on. There's always been knowledge the two don't get along, reports say the big R has it in for Star, but who really knows?

Funny that she was a DA and now she is running away from conflict! U think she is doing herself a disservice in running away from another strong opinionated woman. Shows the metal she is made of is pretty weak.
