I think and believe Brazil will win. Because France is nowhere near Brazil in strength. If Brazil can play their normal game they'll win by atleast 2 goals margin.

Brazil has the better players at their prime, France has very good players, but most of them are at the end of their carreers.
Germany will beat Brazil 2 - 1 at the finals.
