yes, being gay or whatever doesn't make you a bad person. If it was bad then god wouldn't have allowed it. I feel that hatred towards gay and lesbians are the same as being racist, it's not acceptable, they probably see a male and female kissing gross too, so i think we all need to lay off them. and for the record i'm straight.

All christians believe a sin is a sin until that person repents. Now what does the word Christian mean it means the followers of Christ Jesus who is the son of God and who ever believes in him shall have everlasting LIFE In other words he gave his life, took on the sins of the world so man (which is filthy with sin) can stand in front of god and proclaim "I am washed in the blood of the lamb" and God will accept them as his son or daughter. So if you accept Jesus as the son of God and strive to be Christ like "according to the scriptures" then Heaven will be your last stop. You must remember that before Jesus came there were 2 cities in the old testiment that God called wicked cities, because sin was a way of life there, men lusted after men and women lusted after women "back then they didn't call it gay or lesbian" This offended God so much that he sent fire down from heaven like rain and destroyed them both. These 2 cities were know as SODOM and GOMOHRAH

Will people who mix fabrics or shave be "saved?" Will women who wear pants, or people who drive on the Sabbath be "saved?" How about people who eat bacon or who do not have G-d's word inscribed on their door post? If you say yes to those questions (some of which have far greater punishments in the Bible than homosexuality, which, by the way, is not explicitly prohibited. It says that a man shalt not lie with a man as he does with a woman, but if a guy is gay, then he's technically not laying with a man as he does a woman, since he doesn't lay with women. And nowhere does it say anything about women laying with women, or men wearing women's clothing), then yes, these people will be "saved."

Gay & lesbian people might still get into Heaven, it depends if they are practicing homosexuals/bisexuals or not. And if they have repented their sins and asked God to forgive them. Part of the whole "Hate the sin, love the sinner" bit.

Transexual (or transgender as they prefer) people are different. It is a matter of gender identity, not sexual preference. They can be straight, gay, lesbian, bi - whatever. But there is the question of whether they are m/f in a f/m body or not. Some transgendered individuals are believing Christians who abstain from sex in order to avoid sinning on this point.

When the world ends all sinners will be able to go the heaven if they are truly saved and repent of their sins and believe in Jesus. All sin is sin. Some sins is more apparent than others and different sins have different and heavier consequences. The deeper you are in sin the harder it is to get out.

As a gay man who is hapily partnered for almost 3 years, I believe that all who love and who know how to be loved share God's grace. We were joined in a traditional Episcopal service in front of over 150 of our friends and extended family who accept us and love us for who we are and for what we bring to each other. While the secualr government and many less open people may not accept it, we have been joined before God and received his blessing. There is no greater heaven that that.

a christian would not answer your question that way. God loves you no matter who or what you are. He made you! If you accept him into your life and heart and truely believe in Jesus Christ as his son you are going to Heaven. God may be saddened by some of our choices but will never leave you or forsake his own.

Well, if going to "heaven" means spending eternity with people like that I don't think you want to go there anyway. I'm sure there's something much better for the enlightened ones like you. Keep your chin up and find better friends. You don't deserve to be lied to.

it depends on what religion you're talking about...if you mean christianity then the bible flat out says that homosexuality is a sin...i think that you can get saved as a homosexual but then you have to be willing to change that sin in your life...just like a liar can't get saved and keep on lying...

well, technically the bible states that if you repent your sins and accept jesus in your heart, you'll live in god's kingdom, so you'd have to assume the answer would be yes. plus, isn't christianity all about acceptance and love anyways??? god created us all in his image, so even gays, lesbians, etc. are his children
