Try soaking it in coke...i don't know what it would do to your green shirt though
do not put peroxide on it...it will cause a reaction with the blood and probably permanently stain it

Everything you use on a bloodstain must be cool. Heat will set the stain and make it permanent. Blot up as much of the blood as possible, and then neutralize it by saturating the spot with an ammonia solution. Mix 2 tablespoon of household ammonia per cup of water. Continue to blot the stain. If this doesn't remove all the blood, try using the detergent solution. Remember to make it with cold water

Soak in salted cold water, or warm detergent solution. Wash in the usual manner. Stubborn stains can be soaked in hydrogen peroxide solution (20 volume strength diluted 1 part to 4 parts water) plus a few drops of ammonia.
For blood stains which have been set and/or washed in, dampen the stain with warm - not hot - water and cover with UNSEASONED meat tenderizer, making a paste. N.B. The seasoned variety can leave a stain from the seasoning. Cover with wet paper towel and let sit several hours or overnight, keeping it damp if possible. This will break down the blood just as it does to meat fibres. Rinse off the past, spray with ammonia- water solution or commercial pre-wash spray and launder as normal as soon as possible.

Hopefully, you haven't dried it in the dryer. That justs sets the stains, and you won't ever get them out. Soak in cold water to get most of the stain out, then treat with MURPHYS OIL SOAP. It gets out blood, dirt, grass, OIL!, everything!
Wash, but don't dry! Airdry!
Don't ever put clothes stained with oil in the dryer, the heat from the dryer reacts with the oil, and your dryer could explode causing a fire in your house.
