although it probably won't hurt you to take both at the same time..it's best to try one first and then in about 4 hours if it's not working take the other.
guidelines for aspirin are no more than 650mg every 4h and for tylenol it's 1000mg every 4h

Yes, you can. The medication called Excedrin is simply acetaminophen, aspirin and caffeine. If Excedrin can sell it, it must be safe.

Don't take acetaminophen after drinking-liver damage.
Don't take aspirin and acetaminophen together- your head will explode.

If you take Excedrin, you'll be taking aspirin & acetaminophen combined in one tablet.
Diphenhydramine is benedryl.
All of them are safe.

You are essentially suffocating. Aspirin is a blood thinner. I recommend calling Poison Control or going to your local hospital.

yes you can. the two should be taken at least two hours apart.
but they are a great fever reducer even though ibuprofen and acetaminophen work much better
