Notre Dame is overrated every year. Michigan was the better team last year, Notre Dame just had the better coach. Michigan can't play with the lead. They have to play from behind. Lloyd Carr does not know how to put the nail in the coffin. Which I enjoy being a Buckeye fan. But in no way in Notre Dame football better. Look at the history. Who leads in victories? not Notre Dame. Who puts more and better players in the NFL? not Notre Dame. GO BIG TEN!!!

It isn't and I am a PAC-10 Fan. Notre Dame is an Independent team and they can pick who they play. They play Army, Navy, Airforce, sisters of the poor, Pitt, Susan B Anthony school of the blind etc.... Michigan has to play a tough Big 10 Schedule that is why they are not nationally ranked every year. A while ago the Big 10 extended an invite to Notre Dame and they declined.

Hahaha...
Notre Dame is not better than the Michigan Wolverines. Therefore, your question is logically inconsistent and the only answer is that they are not better. By the way, why are the Detroit Lions so much better than the Pittsburgh Steelers?

It's not. It was last year and they didn't even win a bowl game. LOL everyone thinks they're great and they got whooped by my Buckeyes. Michigan is a better program if they get rid of Lloyd Carr. And this is from an Ohio State fan. lol Notre Dame blows.

Its all because of Charlie Wies's system... because if you look at talent Michigan has the better offense on paper than they do... in my opinion the Wolverines have the fastest and one of the deepest offenses in the whole country... and as far as defense, neither team will blow you away with that... if not for Weis, the Irish would have been in the same boat Michigan was in last year !!

Because Myth-Again is Notre Dame's ***** again.
Lloyd Carr sucks and Charlie Weis will beat his *** every time they play.

The Wolverines have more victories and have the nations longest streak of bowl game appearances at 31, so...stay off the crack.

this isn't necessarily answering your question, but the guy above me's. the detroit lions are much better at having a horribly inept gm, playing poorly and losing than the steelers.
