Start by spraying the rubber window channels with silicone lubricant. If this doesn't help it could be: bad switch, broken window regulator, burned out window motor, bad wiring.

Sounds like the window motors have bad spots in them but start with pulling out the switches and cleaning the contacts on the plugs.

You actually have to replace the switches. You can't get them at the part stores either, you have to purchase them thru the dealer. Must be fords they always have problems with their power windows. If you buy a ford see if you can find one that has the roll up windows. haha
