I didn't have my vagina pierced. I had the hood of my clit pierced. It pinched to get it done and it felt weird and kind of scary to walk normally for awhile because you didn't know what to expect. I will tell you the piercing did nothing positive for my sex life if that's the reason you are doing it.

I don't think that you can pierce your vagina. You're probably talking about the clitoris..and yes it is painful

well, I am a guy, but I would say no. Not a turn on, just an indication that you are a sl*t. so, if you dont want to be known as a whore, then no.

I think I'll faint... Personally, I've never done that, but I think it'll hurt like there's no tomorrow...
I am NOT saying that you shouldn't go ahead and do that (not at all). I just believe, before doing that make sure of the couple of things so that way there won't be any complications in the future and/or it won't get any worse:
- Find the RIGHT health care Professional and an expert (with more than 3 years of experience in this) who'll be able to give you pros and cons of this as well as side-effects, complications, problems (of ANY kind). Ask him/her whom you'll have to contact in an emergency and where to go if something will fo (God-forbid) wrong.
- Consider HYGENE side of this: you'll HAVE TO keep that area clean at ALL times no matter what. You can't wear very tight clothing (pants especially) because not only might it hurt, but also of the difficulty walking fast or even run. Think of the exercise routine change (if you're doing any) because with the that area pearced... you might have a limited number of choices. And most importantly, what are you going to do during your period? During this time, you will HAVE TO be even more strict with the hygine than during your normal days.
- Intimate encounter might prove to be either a challenge or a fun thing for him and you. Unfortunately, he won't be able to wear a condom at all, because of the pearcing. Depending on the kind of pearcing you'll have, it might tear the condom
- If you're planning to conceive, make sure that you WILL BE able to do that... reason being is that depending where the piercing is, it'll be painful to deliver a 7.5lbs baby and it can do irreversible (at some stages) harm to the baby. Just think about it ahead of time before you'll make a final decision in the conceiving department.
- Schedule regular appointments (i.e.: every other month) with the caring Professional to make sure that you don't have any infections or problems that came up with the new, one of a kind, and quite interesting change in the body design.
- ALWAYS make sure to have a back up plan in any cituation, because there can be an unforseen danger lurking in anything that you include into your body that wasn't supposed to be there to begin with.
To have any body part (ears excluded... for a moment) pierced in the places where it's usually not done that often... It brings with it a huge array of responsibilities and requires long days of thinking before making a final decision. Just look at the pros and cons of the whole cituation... and if the pros outweight the cons, then go ahead with it... if not, think about it again untill you'll make sure that you're 100% sure (with no but's / what if's / no's about it). If you'll have second thoughts on something re-evaluate the cituation yet again and look at it from another point of view. It's better be paranoid and careful, than risk-taking and dangerous... I believe you can take any piercing out whenever you'd like: just BE CAREFUL not to scratch the nearby areas and/or make the affected area even more injured, and never attempt to take any professionally-inserted piercing out by yourself--you can injure yourself even more. It'll just take longer to heal in some places: on average from 2 to 4.5 (6) weeks depending on the spot. In the area that you're considering to pierce, it'll take about 4 to 6 weeks to heal completely BEFORE you'll think of engaging in the intercourse. If you'll do it when you have that wound on inside... it'll be uncomfortable and very painfull. Even when it'll heal, go SLOWLY otherwise it'll open up the little wound and make it hurt a lot. Only YOU will know when it healed completely, because it's your body. Just be open-minded to any cituation and go slowly whenever needed, and you'll be alright :)
Anyone is more than welcome to decorate their bodies any which way they'd like and I believe any design will prove to be unique and one of a kind, that will bring joy and happiness for both of the partners. Personally, I only have my two cute ears pierced and even though I don't have any other piercings anywhere on my body... I'm happy with what I have at this moment :) ... I might consider other body piercings in the future, just not at this moment for one little reason--I'm afraid of needles.. lol
Best of luck and take care. If you'll go ahead with it, I hope it'll turn out just the way you wanted it to in every way :) If you need any help / concerns / questions / problems / comments / suggestions you can either talk to us here at Yahoo!Answers, or consult the caring Professional for any additional information you'd like to know. They'll be able to tell you everything to make sure that everything is going by okay. We're here for you every step of the way :)
