Today I took a test at my local health department. I have been having some really wierd changes going on with my body that are just scaring the hell out of me. Well I mostly feel tired,I go to sleep late and wake up late, have nausoua all the time, increased vaginal discharge,i get dizzy and lightheaded, and increased uniration. Also I know this is wierd but i've lost 6 pounds but, i'm not sure how recently because i just found out today but, I haven't been hungary. I have this full feeling about my stomache all the time. I can only eat a little here and there becuase that's all i can and i really don't feel like eating that much. This is really wierd for me becuase i am healthy.(I just had 2 pap smears not to long ago that came up great). So does anything I am preg or have any ideas of what might be wrong because i'm really starting to feel crazy.

It could be pregnancy, it could be something completely different...
Those symptoms are pretty broad and can usualy be narrowed down to pregnancy, but you can always be sure...

It could be stress, low blood count, all sorts of things! Best thing to do is get a blood test, and ask them to test for things like blood level, count of red blood cells, pregnancy, glandular fever etc!

I went through the same thing had all these test, and i ended up pregenant, but also traces of anemia. So get to your doctor right away!!!!

Those are all the symptoms I was having as well. I am 7 months pregnant! I took 2 home preg tests and they both came back negative. I found out because I went to the e.r to get a bump on my neck checked out. That is the most effecient way to do it because they will do a urine or blood test. Way more accurate. Come to find out, I felt like s*#T and had a lump because I was pregnant and my lymphnodes and hormones were reacting to pregnancy. Either way GOOD LUCK

The fool proof pregnancy test is a blood test....your blood will show things that are not in your urine yet....you have some symptoms that I experienced when I was pregnant the first time but, I didn't know I was pregnant yet....nausea, hungry but when I'd get my food I wouldn't want to eat it....I slept really late in the mornings and felt tired all the time.... when I had the blood test to determine that I was indeed pregnant then, I wasn't wondering what was going on with me, I knew and I could handle it from there....my advice..go to your Dr. and have a blood test...if your not pregnant he needs to do more tests to figure out what's up. Good luck.

I think your best bet would be to get a home test take it see what the answer is then two week later take another test and if the answer comes up the same then that is the truth .... but if the answer comes up different take another test and it should match one of the other answers then wait two more weeks then go to you docter and get a blood test done not a pee test the blood test work better and then you should get the answer you have been waiting for.

A lot of Pregnancy tests come out negative if they are taken too early. Pregnancy tests depend on a chemical that your body starts to produce after you become pregnant. SO maybe the levels aren't detectable yet.

Pregnancy test are not always right.Wait for another two weeks and then test again.I first had my prgenancy test and found it negative so I did all that I shouldn't do when Im pregnant. But after a month I found the test positive. So please dont depend upon these test all time. Wait and then go ahead again

First of all, wait until you get through the pregnancy test. If it's negative and your period continues to be delayed, I'd have a visit to your ob/gyn.

If it's negative, It could also be just a virus with the other symptoms you are describing.

You didn't mention about your periods, so I'm assuming that your period is late?

Did they give you a pregnancy test??? Did you take one at home??? Have you had an ultrasound??? Blood tests??? Are you under stress? You need to see someone who you can explain your symtoms to that will run tests. You may be anemic, you may be a thousand other things! Go to someone who will run tests based on your symtoms. Gyno is great, but there could be other reasons for your symptoms, the longer you wait, the more risk your are taking!!! If you don't have insurance, go to your local e.r., tell them your symptoms, let them run tests!!! You may be eligable for CHARITY CARE, don't let this go, it may be something that is risking your health, or your life!!!

Pap Smears do not test for STDs it tests for cancer and herpes has flu like symptoms before your first break out. On a lighter note...test for pregnancy again in a week or so if you still have not had a period by then.

If it was a urine test, it could be a false negative but blood tests are extremely accurate. With my 2nd child, I had 3 negative urine tests over 3 months and didn't get a blood test until I was 4 months along!
